Production & Handling Timelines

• Fine Art & Acrylic Glass Works: Each artwork is custom-fabricated with museum-grade archival precision. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for production, mounting, and curatorial inspection prior to dispatch.

• Fashion Jewelry Vault & Design Objects: Archival jewelry pieces and statement objects ship within 2 to 4 business days from receipt of order.

Shipping Rates & Coverage

• Canada & Continental United States: Complimentary tracked and insured shipping on all orders over $100.

• International Destinations: Worldwide delivery is available. Real-time courier options and rates are calculated directly at checkout based on destination and package dimensions.

Signature Requirement & Secure Transit To guarantee secure arrival, fine art works shipments require an adult signature upon receipt. Couriers cannot release packages without physical confirmation. Please track your delivery closely to ensure someone is available at the destination.

Delivery Restrictions Due to transit insurance standards, shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, or temporary hotel residences.

Multiple Destinations To send creations to multiple residential or commercial addresses, please complete a separate transaction for each individual destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For international shipments outside of Canada and the United States, local import taxes, duties, or clearance fees may be levied by your jurisdiction’s customs department upon arrival. These charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
