Fine Art & Acrylic Glass Works

• Final Sale: All fine art prints, acrylic glass pieces, and custom large-format editions are bespoke, archival, and made-to-order specifically for each collector. Consequently, all artwork sales are strictly final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned for a refund once an order has been submitted.

• Damaged in Transit Protocol: We insure every fine art shipment in full. In the rare event that an artwork or exterior crate sustains transit damage, retain all original packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of recorded delivery. Please include clear, high-resolution photographs of the outer packaging, the courier shipping label, and the affected artwork. Our studio will coordinate a swift replacement at no additional cost to you.

Fashion Jewelry Vault & Curated Objects Due to the intimate, high-craft, and collectible nature of our jewelry collections, returns are subject to rigorous inspection protocols:

• 7-Day Inspection Window: Eligible jewelry pieces may be returned within 7 days of recorded courier delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

• Pristine Condition Standards: Items must exhibit zero signs of wear, hairline scratches, micro-abrasions, surface residue, perfume scents, or cosmetic transfer. Pieces must be returned complete with original presentation cases, velvet pouches, and documentation.

• Hygiene & Custom Exceptions: For hygiene standards, pierced earrings are strictly Final Sale. Bespoke sizing, personalized commissions, and archive sales are non-refundable.

• Return Shipping & Transit: Returns must be pre-authorized by our concierge and shipped via a tracked, insured, signature-required courier. The client is responsible for all return shipping charges, insurance, and associated import duties. MizDragonfly is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.

Return Process & Refunds

• 1. Initiate Request: Contact us with your order number and request details to receive return authorization and shipping instructions.

• 2. Studio Inspection: Once received, items undergo curatorial condition review within 5 to 7 business days.

• 3. Credit Issuance: Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your issuing bank to post the funds. Original shipping, delivery, and handling fees are strictly non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Direct Exchanges: We do not process direct item-for-item exchanges. To secure a different piece or size, request a return for the eligible jewelry item and complete a new order on mizdragonfly.com.
